Celtic Renewables Revolutionary Recycling
In an effort to reduce global waste, tackle the climate crisis, and reduce carbon pollution, Celtic Renewables are on a
mission to become world leaders in Acetone-Butanol-Ethanol (ABE) Fermentation. This involves transforming organic
waste or low value materials, such as waste produced during Whisky production or excess potatoes, into high value
sustainable products, such as biofuel, food flavourings, and health-care products. The recycling of materials is essential in tackling climate change, as global waste, and more specifically food waste, is our greatest producer of carbon. When we waste items, we waste all the production materials that have went into making that product, so by recycling, we are able to get the most out of the production process.
